We have a select range of group fitness class available at North Melbourne Community Centre.

Do you want balance in your life? Our Iyengar Yoga will work on stability, mobility and centering the body’s energy, through breathing, posture, and relaxation.
Want to work on your cardio in a different way? Our Boxfit class will work on total body strength and improve your stamina and endurance.
This session can be paired with our abs blast class.
Want to improve your fitness and day to day strength?! Then this circuit style class will cater for all your goals.
Our motivational instructors will guide you through the exercises to ensure you get the most out of your training.

This low to moderate intensity and low impact class will get you moving and feeling stronger and fitter by the week.
Our exercise professionals specialise in cardiac and stroke rehabilitation but this class is open to all those wanting to get moving and stay moving.
