Group Fitness Timetable

Group fitness classes are a fun and interactive way to get fit and healthy – a great workout for all ages and fitness levels, and to help you stay motivated.

We have a select range of group fitness class available at North Melbourne Community Centre. Classes are designed to suit all ages and skill levels so everyone can join the fun.

Class Descriptions


Do you want balance in your life? Our Iyengar Yoga will work on stability, mobility and centering the body’s energy, through breathing, posture, and relaxation.

Monday 7.30pm-8.30pm
Wednesday 7.30pm-8.30pm


Want to work on your cardio in a different way? Our Boxfit class will work on total body strength and improve your stamina and endurance.

This session can be paired with our abs blast class.

Wednesday 6.30pm-7.30pm

Power Hour

 Want to improve your fitness and day to day strength?! Then this circuit style class will cater for all your goals.

 Our motivational instructors will guide you through the exercises to ensure you get the most out of your training.

 Thursday 6.30pm-7.30pm

Women’s Only

This circuit style class is for all women who love to exercise!

With this personal and social session, you can be open and comfortable to train surrounded by friends. Our amazing instructors will push you to reach those goals you never thought possible!
